4. Payment and Billing
- Payments are processed securely through WiPay, our trusted third-party provider.
- We are not liable for errors or issues caused by third-party payment systems.
- All prices are listed in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
6. Returns and Refunds
A. Returns
6.1 Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Damaged or defective items
Incorrect item supplied
6.2 Damaged or defective items:
Must be reported within 7 working days of receipt.
Customer must email passageoftime.tt@gmail.com with a clear image of the damaged item and a brief explanation.
PixPoint validates the claim and, if approved, arranges a replacement or refund.
6.3 Incorrect item supplied:
Items may be returned for a replacement at no additional cost.
6.4 Uncollected orders:
Orders not collected within 30 days of the scheduled pickup will be returned to inventory.
6.5 Returns are NOT accepted for:
Change of mind
Incorrect address provided by the Customer
Failure to collect within 30 days
B. Refunds
6.6 Refunds are only provided for:
Damaged or defective items (after verification by PixPoint)
Incorrect item supplied
Duplicate or erroneous payments
6.7 Refunds are NOT provided for:
Change of mind
Incorrect address provided by the Customer
Failure to collect within the stated collection period
How to Request a Refund
If you need to request a refund for your order, please follow these steps carefully:
Check Eligibility
Refunds are only available for:
Damaged or defective books
Incorrect item supplied
Refunds are not available for change of mind, incorrect address, or failure to collect within 30 days.
Prepare Required Information
Your order number (from your confirmation email)
Receipt or proof of payment
Photo evidence of the damaged or defective book (if applicable)
A brief description of the issue
Send an Email Request

Include all the required information in your email.
Wait for Validation
PixPoint Production will review your request.
If approved, your refund will be processed via WiPay to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process after approval (for general payments).
For credit card payments, refunds may take 45–90 days depending on WiPay processing times and whether the refund is contested.
Customers have up to 120 days from the purchase date to request a credit card refund.
Follow Up if Needed
If you don’t receive a response within a reasonable time, reply to the same email with your original request and order number.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Dr. Valentine Smith Publications and relevant third-party suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
